These screens are only for use by authorised staff members.

Depending on your security access rights on the server you might not be able to view and or alter all the information.

The information contained in the screens is obtained directly from the central database located on the server. This will ensure that the information is always up to date.

Full instructions on how to use the database facility are available from the Centre staff, and will be available on the Internet site once fully compiled.

If you find any details which are not accurate such as course details, timings etc, then you should contact the person responsible for maintaining the courses database. Although you might have the authority to amend details, you should still inform the relevant person just in case they need to inform external parties of the change of details. This is because timetables are also produced from the details held in the database.
