Elderly Care
An Elderly Day care service is open to any person aged 60 and over (or over 50 with a disability) from the local community.
Transport, refreshments/meals are provided.
Health and disability awareness programmes are available as well as many other activities including day trips.
If you are interested or know anyone who wishes to attend this service then please contact the centre.
The day care facility is provided from 9.30 until 3.00

Male
Once a week week we provide full gym service for the elderly. We have a fully qualified instructor who will lead the team through the basic exercise steps.
Full facilities are provided for entertainment and religious activities.
Full meal service is provided to the members, which is freshly cooked in our own purpose built kitchen.
We will pick you up from your home and drop you off at the end of the day, all free of charge.

Female
Due to the way different cultures work in the community we have a separate male and female groups. Groups come on alternative days so there is no clash.
Full facilities are provided for entertainment and religious activities.
Full meal service is provided to the members, which is freshly cooked in our own purpose built kitchen.
We will pick you up from your home and drop you off at the end of the day, all free of charge.
